Payment conditions
50% of payment, to be made with-in 14 days of booking confirmation.
Balance 50% to be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
Failing to do so, will result of booking being cancelled automatically by the reservations system.
For short notice bookings – 100% of payment to be made within 3 days of booking confirmation or payment conditions to be negotiated.
Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to arrival: No fees
21 days prior to arrival: 25 % of accommodation cost
14 days prior to arrival: 50 % of accommodation cost
There after : 100 % of accommodation cost
No-shows : 100 % of accommodation cost + one way transfer
Early departures: no refunds
Remarks
Transfers - available 24hours for arrivals & departures.
Rates Validity - Applicable for individual bookings in all markets.
Not applicable for group bookings. For groups of more than 3 rooms.
For bookings more that 3 rooms - will consider depending on the
nationality
Check-in / Check-out time - 1200 noon (on availability, rooms will be
provided as soon as pax arrives to the resort)
Honeymooners - will be provided with fruit basket and a bottle of wine complimentary.
Flight details - to be advised 7 days prior to arrival to arrange transfers. If not, the resort will not be responsibility, in case the clients have a long wait at the airport for transfers.
